The Positive Pressure Ex Welding System

In the ATEX Welltech's positive pressure ex welding habitat, the overpressure is used to prevent ingress of potentially explosive substances and gases.

To be specific, the welding habitat of ATEX Welltech continuously supplies clean protective gas (such as air or inert gas) into the habitat through a ventilation control system, and maintains the internal pressure of the habitat higher than the pressure of the surrounding external environment at all times. It uses the pressure difference between the inside and outside to prevent external hazardous gases from entering the construction area, thereby isolating the external hazardous gases from the ignition sources inside the habitat.

Meanwhile, it is equipped with gas monitoring equipment, fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and adopts safety monitoring and protection measures such as manual supervision, so as to achieve the goal of safe construction.
